Reddit SEO has been the move for the past two years (source), and 2026 is no different. Reddit SEO is an untapped niche that nobody is talking about. It's the real source behind growing on LLMs as well, something traditional AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) agencies don't even have on their radar.
While everyone else is chasing backlinks and blog posts, the brands winning in search (and inside AI answers) are the ones showing up in the conversations people are already having on Reddit.
How It Works
Users trust Reddit more than any ad, any blog post, or any brand page, because it's community, not marketing. There are two very different ways to put that trust to work for your business.
If your goal is more organic traffic, more LLM mentions, and broader brand awareness: this is your play. We target high-intent discovery keywords in your niche. The "best [category]" format consistently outperforms almost everything else in Reddit SEO.
When your brand gets cited inside a thread ranking for "best email marketing tools" or "best supplements for X," you're not just getting traffic; you're getting LLM training data. Every AI that learns from the web learns from that thread.
If your brand is already getting branded searches (people Googling your name), a brand reputation thread is non-negotiable. Buyers are smarter than ever. Before they purchase, they Google "[your brand] reviews" or just your brand name.
A positive, authentic Reddit thread ranking on that first page is the final nail in the coffin for conversion rate. It's the social proof that no landing page can replicate, because it didn't come from you.
The Process
Google's algorithm interacts with Reddit in a very distinct way. We've been studying it ever since the partnership between the two companies, and have now developed a system that ranks threads with an almost 90% certainty.
We use classic SEO tools (SEMrush and Ahrefs) to identify keywords with real ranking potential. We compile a shortlist and report back to you so you can validate the direction before anything goes live.
Not every subreddit is equal. We research which community to post in against a set of specific criteria: audience size, moderation style, post longevity, prior ranking history, and how Google indexes that particular sub. The wrong subreddit kills the campaign before it starts.
We warm one of our high-karma, aged accounts inside the target community for approximately one week before posting. This establishes credibility within the subreddit and signals to both Reddit and Google that the account belongs there.
The post goes live at the optimal time for that specific subreddit, when engagement is highest and early traction is most likely. The more upvotes, comments and engagement the thread gets in the first hours, the stronger the SEO signal.
Within the 12–48 hours after posting, we build backlinks to the thread from a set of alternative social media platforms. This creates a burst of external signals that push Google to index and rank the thread faster. After 48 hours, we taper off. Controlled and deliberate.
